Our standards

One of the ways we differentiate ourselves from many other brands is the importance we place on provenance of ingredients. ​

Every single ingredient we use undergoes a thorough quality approvals process by our nutritionists, product team and head of technical who is a qualified biotechnologist and regulatory expert. ​

Every naturally sourced ingredient as a minimum is:

  • 100% fully traceable​
  • Tested for heavy metals​
  • Tested for microbes​
  • Tested for pesticides​

We also carry out further testing for specific ingredients where necessary or relevant.​

Our experts

Lynsey Vaughan (BSc, MSc, ANutr)

Lynsey gained her masters in Human Nutrition in 2019. Passionate about the power of nutrition, she has a special interest in gut, thyroid health and autoimmunity. Inspired to help others following her own health journey, her food-first approach to nutrition is best captured in her own words. "Focus on nutrition by addition - it’s better to work on what you can ADD to your diet than what you can cut out." 

Elizabeth Houston (Dip BCNH mbant mCNHC)

Since qualifying with BCNH from The College of Nutrition and Health in 2008, Elizabeth has been dedicated to educating people on how to achieve optimum health. Elizabeth has worked in busy clinics offering nutritional advice and has a real passion for helping people. Her number one piece of advice: "Keep it real, keep it simple, avoid fads and eat plenty of different vegetables."

Simon White (MMEDSci, MSc, BSc)

Simon has been a nutritionist for over ten years, and has undertaken Post Grad research in Exercise Induced Inflammation. He has two Masters; one in Medical Science Human Nutrition and the other in Physiology. Simon has a special interest in how future nutraceutical technology and innovation can improve health. Simon's top tip: "Keep it real, keep it natural as a foundation of good health."
