Festive deliveries

Royal Mail's last postage dates for RM Tracked 48 & 24 services is Friday 20th December. We advise ordering no later than 10am on the 20th December to ensure your order is dispatched.

Please note that orders placed on Tuesday 24th December, Wednesday 25th December, and Thursday 26th December will be dispatched on Friday 27th December.

Orders placed on Wednesday 1st January 2025 will be dispatched on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Delivery information

Higher Nature’s deliveries are picked, packed and dispatched from our local warehouse. We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day and aim to send the same day if we can.

All orders are sent with our trusted courier Royal Mail using Royal Mail 48™ (all standard orders) or Royal Mail 24™ (express shipping). For larger orders we also use Fedex.

Our delivery options:

  • FREE UK Royal Mail 48™ delivery with orders over £40
  • £3.90 for UK Royal Mail 48™ delivery for orders under £40
  • £4.99 to upgrade to an Express service - either Royal Mail 24™ or Fedex

Royal Mail services are not guaranteed services and aim to deliver the next working day for Royal Mail 24™ and within two working days for Royal Mail 48™, with a small minority within three working days.

Following recent global events, our delivery service can only be fulfilled to UK, Jersey and Guernsey.

Member delivery service

Higher Nature’s membership programme provides the following delivery service:

  • FREE Royal Mail 48™ delivery to a single UK address.

Please note, if your order is over 2 kilos it will be delivered by 48 hour parcel delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any Higher Nature product you can return the product unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging for a full refund at any time up to 30 days from the date you received it. If you wish to cancel your order in this way, you must confirm this by phoning / emailing us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will advise you on how to return the product to Higher Nature.

In the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged or opened, please let us know and we will replace your order. So that we can give you satisfaction as quickly as possible please call 0800 458 4747 BEFORE returning a product. Remember to enclose your name and address when returning a product to the following address:
